Human Resources Assistant

About the role
As our Human Resources Assistant, you'll provide high-quality administrative and operational support across a broad range of HR functions. No two days will be the same, with responsibilities including:
- Coordinating training, inductions and learning programs.
- Maintaining employee records and HR systems.
- Supporting onboarding activities and projects.
- Preparing HR documentation and correspondence.
- Assisting with employee lifecycle processes.
- Responding to HR enquiries and supporting leaders and employees.
- Generating reports and helping maintain HR resources, databases and templates.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build or further develop a career in Human Resources while gaining exposure to all facets of the employee lifecycle.

About you
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You'll have a keen eye for detail, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and be confident managing competing priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in an administrative support role, ideally within Human Resources or a related field;
- Is highly organised and able to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines;
- Communicates confidently and builds positive relationships with a wide range of people;
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and business systems;
- Takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work and has strong attention to detail;
- Enjoys working collaboratively and supporting others to achieve shared goals; and
- Has a genuine interest in Human Resources and helping people succeed

- Competitive salary from around $41 - $43 per hour, depending on your capabilities and experience + 12% superannuation
- Temporary, part-time position of 21 hours per week until December 2028!
